Description
Utility Operating Position – Supports operations of total plant utilities including, USP Water Generation and Supply Systems, water softeners, carbon, WFI stills and Distribution Systems, Clean Steam Generation and Distribution. Respond to system related issues with the goal of maintaining compliant operations and minimizing the impact to production. Work with the Manufacturing Engineering group to specify and implement modifications to improve operational performance and compliance. Maintain validated state of equipment by following defined change control system. Uphold, define, and police safety procedures and safe practices.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years related experience and or training in a utilities operations position. GMP knowledge a plus. Experience with operation and maintenance of a large complex GMP utilities (PW, WFI, Clean Steam)
Education
High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years related experience in utilities operation
